Case History: HBO’s Succession Brews the Perfect Gift for the Crew

The Emmy award-winning show, Succession, knows what good crew gifts are made of — and it has a lot to do with coffee.

The series just wrapped its third season and one of the ways the art department was rewarded for another successful run is by surprising each of the team with a custom branded Asobu® Pourover Insulated Coffee Maker.

When asked about her reasoning for gifting this brewer to her very talented art team, the show’s Art Director, Marci Mudd said, “Coffee is the fuel that keeps the film industry running – truly” and we couldn’t agree more. With hundreds of hours spent both on and off set, having your own portable coffee maker is a real necessity.

You only need your choice of ground beans plus hot water to get pourover coffee in minutes. What’s even better is that this coffee maker is eco-friendly with its wash-and-go micro mesh stainless steel filter (no more paper filters!). Who doesn’t love a sustainable gift?

The bottom of the brewer is an insulated travel-friendly carafe with a heavy-duty lid so during those busy mornings, it’s easy to prep a whole carafe, replace the spout with the lid, and you’re good to go. The coffee stays nice and hot for up to 12 hours.

This truly is the perfect gift for such a hard-working crew.
